We now offer two dog walking services:

• "Dog Hiking" (in conservation forests) AND
• "Neighbourhood Group Walks" (in town).

Dog hiking:

A "premium" kind of dog walking service compared to your average dog walking company in that your dog will actually go "hiking" to York Region’s conservation forests and have a great time like a dog should have!

With Bow Wow Dog Hiking, your dog will go to different parks throughout the week! ***(Instead of walking the same boring neighbourhood sidewalk route OR the same Off-Leash Dog Park everyday like your typical dog walker offers).

WITH DOG HIKING, ALL DOGS:

• take a 1/2 hr car ride to forest, (windows open, head out!)
• then go HIKING for WELL-OVER-AN-HOUR
• can go RUNNING (under close supervision)
• can play in water / go for a SWIM
• can play with other friendly dogs
• go for a a 1/2 hr car ride home, (windows open, head out!)

<<< Your typical dog walking service will often time only have your dog out for an hour maximum and often include travel time to your home as part of the hour. >>>

Dog Hiking Rates & Service Areas:

• 5 Hikes per week = $23 per hike. (except very large dogs)
• 2-4 Hikes per week = $25 per hike.

*** discount for those with 2 dogs (depending on address).
*** all potential doggie customers must be walked on a weekly basis & all hikes paid for prior to the outing.
*** very large dogs (approx. 100lbs plus, are $25 per hike).
*** Hiking with dogs living within areas of: Unionville, Markham, Aurora & Stouffville.

NEIGHBOURHOOD GROUP WALKS:

Just like the service your typical dog walker offers. This is for those pups that for-whatever-reason can't go hiking but would still benefit from getting out during the day. This group walk gets your dog out for exercise and socialization while walking the neighbourhood sidewalks and the local park. (I recommend this service over a daycare because daycares do not monitor the behaviour of all the dogs in their care well enough. As such, your dog could be the recipient of bad behaviour in all its forms from other dogs).

With Neighbourhood Group Walks, all dogs:

• take a small car ride while collecting friends
• then go for a ONE HOUR walk in town
• then another small car ride home

"Neighbourhood Group Walks" Rates & Service Areas:

• Group walks = $20 per walk. (except very large dogs)

*** discount for those with 2 dogs (depending on address).
*** all potential doggie customers must be walked on a weekly basis & all walks paid for prior to the outing.
*** very large dogs (approx. 100lbs plus, are $22 per walk).
*** Group walks for dogs living within Unionville only.
